How it Works:

If you are committed to improving health through your food and need help creating a delicious yet nutritious Paleo/Gluten-Free/ Pescatarian/Vegan/ Vegetarian meal plan, you are in luck!

During the consultation, we will spend an hour understanding your goals for enhancing your body's health. Questions will be asked about your current diet, routine, cooking equipment, and skill level as well as known food sensitivities and food preferences.


After the consultation, a specialized meal plan will be made according to your unique needs along with easy-to-follow recipes and a grocery list.

It is recommended to have either weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly follow-ups to ensure progress is being made in the right direction as the body changes quickly when it receives attentive care.
