May 16th, 2021: Herbs for Emotional Health & How to Use Them
Join us Sunday, May 16th 11am- 2pm Eastern / 8am- 11am Pacific on Zoom for a Fun and Informative Workshop using 7 amazing herbs to balance emotions.
During this workshop, we will be discussing seven of my favorite herbs to help balance emotions and increase feelings of well being. We will also go on a tea tasting adventure to help you familiarize yourself with the qualities of each herb as a potential ally. Next, we will show you how to make 4 tasty desserts using the herbs discussed. At the end of the workshop, we will show you how to make an easy DIY Bath Salt recipe for some #SelfLove to keep or gift.
After this 3 hour workshop, you should feel confident about using the herbs we discuss to help keep you feeling your very best. You will learn how to take charge of your emotional health and how to implement these herbs into your daily routine.
