Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Exchanges

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws. However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened.
