French press: Add 1 tablespoon per 8 oz of hot water. Stir, brew for 5 minutes, press, and pour. Top with foamed milk, optional tsp of ghee, and a touch of honey or maple syrup.
Stovetop: Add 1–3 teaspoons to 8–12 oz of milk of choice. Simmer gently while whisking until warm and frothy. Sweeten to taste and add optional ghee. (Pairs beautifully with a shot of Koffee with a K™ or espresso.)
