Base Blend: Koffee with a K
Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup milk of choice

  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup

  • ⅛ tsp ground cardamom

  • 1 cup Koffee with a K™ (hot or cold brew)

  • Ice

  • Optional: crushed pistachios

Instructions

  1. Shake milk, maple, and cardamom together.

  2. Pour over ice and add Koffee with a K™.

  3. Top with foam.

  4. Sprinkle pistachios if desired.


2. Chocolate Baklava Latte

Layers of chocolate, pistachio, and rose come together in this decadent latte. Rich enough to feel like dessert, but made with mushrooms + herbs so your body thanks you.

Base Blend: Cacao Immortality™

Ingredients (makes 2 servings)

  • 2 tbsp Cacao Immortality™

  • 2 cups hot water

  • 6 oz oat milk (or pistachio milk)

  • 1 tbsp dried rose petals (food grade)

  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios

  • 1 tsp rose water

  • 1 tbsp Candied Pecan Syrup (see below)

  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Brew: Steep Cacao Immortality™ in hot water (3–5 min), stir.

  2. Infuse: In a shaker, combine milk, rose petals, pistachios, rose water, and syrup. Shake well.

  3. Rim: Brush glass rim with syrup and roll in crushed pistachios.

  4. Assemble: Fill glass with ice, add rose milk, then slowly pour in brewed cacao.

  5. Garnish with rose petals.

Candied Pecan Syrup (makes ~¾ cup)

  • ⅔ cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup water (divided)

  • 1 cup chopped pecans (or a dash of pecan extract)

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ⅛ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp vanilla paste

  • Optional: splash of butter extract or 1 tsp ghee

Steps

  1. Roast pecans in a small pot for 3–4 minutes.

  2. Add brown sugar and stir until coated.

  3. Pour in ½ cup water + cinnamon. Simmer 5 min.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Return to pot, add remaining ½ cup water, simmer 3–5 min.

  6. Stir in vanilla + salt, strain, and cool.


3. Coconut Water AmeriKano

Base Blend: Koffee with a K
Ingredients

  • Ice

  • ¾ cup coconut water

  • ¼ cup Koffee with a K™ (cold brew preferred)

Instructions

  1. Fill glass with ice.

  2. Add coconut water (about ¾ full).

  3. Top with cold brew Koffee with a K™.

  4. Stir + sip!

How to Make Koffee Cold Brew (perfect for batching)

  • 7 tbsp Koffee with a K™

  • 7 cups hot (not boiling) water

Steps

  1. Add blend to a large jar.

  2. Stir in hot water, brew 60–90 min.

  3. Refrigerate overnight.

  4. Strain before serving. Keeps 7 days.


4. Rosemary Mocha Fog

Base Blend: Cacao Brain Power™

Ingredients (makes 2 servings)

  • 2 tbsp Cacao Brain Power™

  • 2 cups hot water (divided)

  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

  • ½ tsp dried lavender

  • 4 oz oat milk (or milk of choice)

  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Steep rosemary + lavender in 1 cup hot water (3 min). Option to add Earl Grey Tea leaves here.

  2. Brew Cacao Brain Power blend in the other cup of hot water (French press works great).

  3. Fill glass with ice. Add vanilla syrup, rosemary infused water, brewed Cacao Brain Power, and foamed oat milk.
