☕ Method
1. Brew the mushroom base
Add 3 tablespoons of Koffee with a K™ to a clean French press.
Pour in 12 oz of hot (not boiling) water and steep for 4–5 minutes.
(You can also prepare with a moka pot for richer flavor and more depth. Use 1 tbsp of the blend per 4 oz of water.
2. Warm your milk
While the blend steeps, gently warm your favorite milk.
Tip: Warm, not boiling, gives you better foam and preserves nutrients.
3. Pour the base
Press the French press and pour the mushroom brew into mugs, filling each about ⅓ of the way.
This recipe makes 2–3 cappuccinos, depending on mug size.
4. Froth the milk
Rinse your French press, then add the warmed milk.
Pump the press vigorously for about 30 seconds until thick and foamy.
5. Build your cappuccino
Pour steamed milk over the mushroom base, then top with foam.
